1. College degree or above, major in engineering management, civil engineering, electromechanical, electrical, etc.;
2. More than eight years of engineering project management experience, more than five years of project director, head of the engineering department, and a lighting double-qualified company is preferred;
3. Master the relevant knowledge of the lighting engineering industry, be proficient in project management and electrical expertise and related laws and regulations, and be proficient in the project management process;
4. Excellent problem-solving ability, planning organization, communication and coordination and time management ability, with cost-conscious quality awareness;
5. Those who possess the title of senior engineer or have a first-class construction engineer (mechanical and electrical/municipal) certificate are preferred.
